Tariffs

Etan House is only available Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights with a minimum two night booking.  Also available public holidays/Christmas holidays but please ask about availability, price and minimum booking requirements when enquiring.

Rates may be higher over long weekends and public holidays.

November 1st – April 30th
Two night stay @ $220 per night = $440
Three night stay @$205 per night = $615
Extra guests charged $20 per person, per night

May 1st – October 31st
Two night stay @ $200 per night = $400
Three night stay @ $185 per night = $555
Extra guests charged $20 per person, per night

TERMS & CONDITIONS
$100 deposit required upon booking
Credit Card (MC or Visa), Electronic Transfer, Cheque accepted
Deposit will be forfeited if cancelling 7 days prior to booking
